How to Contact Us For non-urgent enquiries or requests please call the one of numbers shown in the table below for the area to which the enquiry relates. If you are not sure (two jobs in different areas for example) then call either number. If your call is urgent then use the mobile number applicable to the area in which the job is located. This should ensure that you receive up to date information about how quickly we can help you. Unlike some firms our policy is not to accept work unless we know that we can achieve the agreed arrival time (subject, of course, to matters outside our control such as congestion or breakdown). Call diversion is used to try and ensure that you can always speak to someone but, occasionally, you may be offered Voicemail facilities. This is usually because of a short term loss of contact (petrol station visit etc.) so it would help if you can leave brief details and a number where you can be contacted. All messages are replied to as soon as possible.
